Longtime Jeju resident Kun Ki Kab (권기갑) will hold his fourth photographic exhibition, the first to be hosted by the Jeju World Natural Heritage Center. The exhibition will display 20 images of Jeju’s natural beauty including Seongsan Ilchulbong (Seongsan Sunrise Peak), Mt. Halla and Geomunoreum Lava Tube System.
Kun, who originally hails from Sangju, North Gyeongsang Province on the Korean mainland, came to Jeju in his twenties to capture Jeju’s outstanding natural scenery. He has held three previous exhibitions on the subjects of Jeju’s horses and Samda (Jeju’s three symbols of stone, wind and women).
