Program 1. Green tea food preparation.
Date/time: April 15, April 22 and April 29; May 6 and May 13.
2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Lecture on the origin and value of green tea.
3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Making desserts.
Number admitted per day: 40 people
Program 2. Teaching green tea making and tea ceremony.
Date/time: April 17 and April 24; May 1, May 8 and May 15.
8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Picking green tea leaves.
1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Roasting leaves.
4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Learning tea ceremony.
Number admitted a day: 20 people
Fee: 10,000 won
Participants are required to download the application form from the Web site, complete it and send it to the Center in advance (fax. 064-760-7899). They should also prepare a hat, apron, cotton gloves, water and a towel on the day.
