KT announced this week they have launched a new app called “Olleh Jeju Travel” (Olleh 제주여행). The free service gives users access to a wide variety of information about Jeju tourist sites, accommodation, restaurants, discount coupons and more. The app combines GPS and NFC (Near Field Communication) technology.

You can download the app from Olleh Market, Google Play, and the Apple app store.

Although the iPhone does not currently support NFC, iPhone users can also access to a range of tourist information, by scanning a QR code found on a selection of tourist signs.

Information about tourist sites and users’ travel diaries are also available through social network services such as Twitter, Facebook and Kakao Talk.
